REMEMBER TO COMPLETE THE ENCLOSED RETURN NOTE AND INCLUDE THE INVOICE
You may return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You must bear the direct cost of returning the item.
When returning an item, you are responsible for packing it securely in its original packaging and including the tag with its unique number. You bear the risk for the item from the time it is delivered to you until we receive it at our warehouse.
The condition of the item when returned
You are liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. In other words, you may examine the item as you would in a physical shop.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used. If you withdraw from the purchase, this means you will receive only a partial refund or no refund, depending on the item’s resale value.
To receive a full refund, you may therefore do only what you would be able to do in a physical shop. You may examine the item, but must not put it into actual use. Items without their numbered tag cannot be returned, as they are assumed to have been used.
Refund of the purchase price
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the amount you paid to us, excluding any shipping costs. Any loss in value for which you are liable will be deducted from the purchase price.
We issue refunds using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.

What should I include with my return?
Include a copy of the order confirmation or invoice, together with the return form or the model withdrawal form you received with the item.
Items are not collected from parcel shops; they must be sent directly to our address.
We recommend using GLS, Postdanmark or UPS, as our warehouse is in an industrial area without local courier deliveries.
Please note: We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
